Contact forms
When filling our contact forms, Spirochrome limits its requests for information to what is required to ensure fast and accurate processing of service and orders. To create a customer account for ordering we may ask you to provide user information including your personal name, your company/institution name, VAT registration no (only mandatory for customers from EU countries), address, telephone number, E-mail address and a description of the item(s) requested or purchased.
You may provide information to us voluntarily. This occurs when you provide your feedback or inquiries to us through e-mails, return forms, letters or telephone calls. We use this information to respond to your query and to keep record of customer feedback.
Our contact forms use reCAPTCHA v3 to the sole purpose to limit spam.
